Spiked Caramel Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

Two years ago, I created one of my favorite coffee recipes that I still make to this day. The Caramel Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew on it’s own? Amazing. The Caramel Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew spiked? Even better! Here’s how I make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin pie mix

  • Sweetened cold brew coffee

  • 1½ oz Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Vodka

  • Ice

  • Pumpkin pie spice for garnish

Directions:

  1. Add heavy cream and pumpkin mix to a cold bowl. Whip and set aside.

  2. Add ice to a tall glass.

  3. Pour cold brew almost 3/4 of the way. If you’re using a cold brew concentrate, remember to combine both concentrate and water to get to the right mix.

  4. Add 1 shot of Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Vodka. (add more or less depending on how strong you like your drink!) Stir.

  5. Top with cream and pumpkin pie spice!
