This summer has been all about exploration and adventure! Since Aims is getting older, it’s easier for us to pack up and go on trips, even if it’s just for the weekend! It seems like our luck that anytime we go away, someone in the family gets sick. I’ve learned to be more prepared for those circumstances and have put together a list of my ‘Top 7 Health Essentials’, I never miss when packing!

Pain Reliever

You would never know what may arise on your trip and it never hurts to carry an anti-inflammatory/fever reducer just in case!

PREPARATION H® Rapid Relief with Lidocaine Totables®

Comes in a discreet, convenient travel size—so you can easily treat and relieve your hemorrhoid symptoms, providing relief on the go! I struggled with hemorrhoids in the past and they always seem to pop up at the worst times! Wipes are a great way to easily treat and relieve your hemorrhoid symptoms by cooling, soothing and comforting away from home. I love that they come in a travel size, so they are portable and discreet while on the go. They are even flushable!

Nasal decongestant

When we went to Florida, Aimery had such a problem trying to get his ears to pop on the plane! I’ve found that Nasal Decongestant can really aid in helping to clear some of the stuffiness that comes with air travel!

Cough Drops

I’ve found that these have a dual purpose when traveling! I’ve sucked on them on a plane during takeoff to help my ears from popping as well as using them for their conventional aid against cough! Colds pop out of anywhere depending on the time of year, so they are always good to have on hand!

PREPARATION H® Rapid Relief with Lidocaine Cream

Offers relief to hemorrhoid symptoms like pain, itching and burning with it’s highest strength lidocaine available without a Rx (5%). I’ve learned that it’s better to treat them on the go so you can enjoy your trip free of pain, burning, soreness, and itching!

Band Aids

Accidents happen, especially having Aimery to chase after! Sometimes we get a little too excited running through/around.

Hand Sanitizer

Traveling in airports, amusement parks and anywhere where lots of people travel through means lots of germs and bacteria. I’ve been teaching Aimery about using hand sanitizer especially when we travel!

As summer is coming to an end we are trying to squeeze in all of our last minute trips before Aimery goes back to school! Whenever we travel anywhere, I’ve learned the hard way that it doesn’t hurt to be over prepared especially when it comes to health related products! Safe Travels!
