30-Minute Meatball Sliders

Now that we are back to school, I’m back to cooking quick and easy recipes on busy weeknights! Tonight is a family favorite: 30-Minute Meatball Sliders. Keep reading for the recipe!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED…

  • 12 hawaiian sweet rolls

  • 12 meatballs, cooked

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cut the rolls in half and place the bottom half in a casserole dish. Spoon a little marinara sauce on each bun before placing a meatball on each slider, then add another tablespoon or so of sauce over the meatballs.

  3. Next, cover the meatballs with mozzarella cheese. Then, place the top buns over the meatballs. Brush with olive oil before sprinkling parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the tops of the buns.

  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
