I have gotten so many requests for a blog post that talks about what my days look like being a single mom and business owner! Now that Aimery and I are officially in our fall routine, I figured now was the best time to let you see a glimpse of my life. In this post, I’ll be sharing what a normal day looks for us (when we aren’t traveling), and how I make time to be with Aimery, run my business, stay fit, and keep up a great skincare routine every day.
It’s that time of year again! I love celebrating the big game by throwing a homegate with my closest friends and family! And what would a game day be without basic football party food? Cheese plates, loaded baked potatoes, pulled pork, and of course - my favorite Honey Mustard BBQ Wings! Yum!

A few weeks ago, we took a vacation to Woodloch Resort in the Pocono Mountains to enjoy some time away! This fall has already has been a busy one for us, so taking a vacation to the best all-inclusive family resort in the Poconos was much needed. I love having the opportunity to travel with Aimery, because it allows me to put all of my attention on him while we do fun things together! We made so many great memories over the weekend - it was a vacation we will never forget!
A few weeks ago, we stayed at Woodloch Resort in the Pocono Mountains for a weekend getaway! While we were at Woodloch, I decided it would be fun to take Aimery to a local scenic train ride. Aimery has been obsessed with trains lately and I knew he was going to be SO excited about finally going on one!
Aimery started to become a picky eater around his second birthday. It came as such a surprise to me since he never fought me about food before! When he first started eating solids, he would eat anything that I made for him. Well, not anymore. Aimery recently went through a phase of only wanting to eat yogurt and chicken nuggets for every single meal. After a week of that, I decided it was time to find some healthier options that he would enjoy eating. And most importantly, options that I would enjoy him eating!
How is it already October?! Between starting school and going on vacation, it seemed like September just came and went! Now that we are finally falling back into our school routine, I have decided that October is going to be my month to focus on living a healthy lifestyle.
