Greek Tzatziki Burgers

Grilling season is here and I’m elevating it with these greek inspired tzatziki burgers made with Laura’s Lean! What you’ll need -
1 pound Laura’s Lean Beef
¼ cup feta cheese
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tsp italian herbs
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs


Instructions - 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.

  2. Prepare the burger patties by combining all of the ingredients into a large bowl. Divide patties into four equal portions, rolling each into a ball and then forming into patties.

  3. Once grill is preheated, place burger patties on the grill, spaced a few inches apart. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side.

  4. Remove from the grill and allow to cool before serving.
