Grilled Greek Lamb Kabobs

Grilling season is almost here!! This is my first grilling recipe of the year and we are starting off drooling over these greek lamb kabobs. They are seriously so good and easy to make (also great leftover in the air fryer!) Get the recipe below!

What you’ll need —

1 ½  pounds lamb, cut into 1 inch pieces
¼ cup olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 cup parsley
3-5 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions —

  1. In a gallon sized ziplock bag, combine all ingredients and toss until evenly coated. Seal and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to allow time to marinate.

  2. When ready, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the lamb pieces onto skewers (I used 5-6 lamb pieces per kabob). Grill lamb until charred and cook through, turning occasionally while grilling, about 7-10 minutes.

  3. Serve with hummus, pita, potatoes, tomatoes, feta cheese, pickled onions, and cucumbers!

    enjoy!
