I choose Huggies for Aimery because I know that I can always rely on Huggies for 12 hours of protection. When I change Aimery before he goes to bed at night, it's important that I don't have to worry about him leaking in the middle of the night. Huggies Snug & Dry offers four layers of protection in order to absorb moisture quickly! Huggies Snug & Dry also features a wetness indicator with fun Disney designs, so I know when it's time for my little one to be changed. Huggies Snug & Dry is available for sizes newborns up to size 6!

Now that Aimery is older, we also use Huggies Little Movers during the day! Huggies Little Movers are designed for active babies, as they have the Moving Baby System which has Double Grip Strips and contours to hold the diaper in place while babies are on the move! We started using them when Aimery was size 3 and started crawling. Huggies Little Movers are not only comfortable, but they are made to move with your little one! Grab them in sizes 3-6!

Over the holidays, I decided that one of my goals for 2018 was to give back to my community. One way I'm doing this is through donating to the National Diaper Bank Network. Huggies has been the founding sponsor of the National Diaper Bank Network since 2011. I love supporting Huggies because they provide support through its No Baby Unhugged program and has already donated more than 200 million diapers and baby wipes to those in need. There was a study released in September by Huggies and the National Diaper Bank Network which revealed that 1 in 3 U.S.  families  are in diaper need, which is defined as the struggle to provide enough diapers to keep their little one clean, dry and healthy. When families struggle to provide diapers for their little ones, it impacts the well-being of their babies and toddlers and it is also hard on the parents. Seventy three percent of caretakers in the U.S. feel as though they are not being good parents to their little ones because they are not able to provide enough to change often. Fifty seven percent of parents in diaper need miss work or school because of the lack of having sufficient diapers to give to childcare, daycare, or education providers. This means parents in diaper need are missing an average of four days of work or school per month. When we donate to the National Diaper Bank, we are not only helping babies and toddlers thrive, but also helping parents miss less school and work due to diaper need.

400,000 diapers and $10,000 were given by Meijer and Huggies to the National Diaper Bank Network at the Metropolitan Detroit Diaper Bank on Thursday, January 25th. This large donation brings Huggies and Meijer's total diaper donation to over 1 million diapers within the last five years! This donation was made possible by a larger program that for every pack of Huggies purchased at Meijer, Meijer donated $1 and Huggies donated a day’s worth of diapers to the National Diaper Bank Network. Even though this promotion is over, you can continue to help Huggies and Meijer support parents in need by donating or getting involved with your local diaper bank.

Some ways to do this is to donate Huggies Rewards points, host a diaper drive, or volunteer and donate Huggies diapers and baby wipes to a local diaper bank . You can help the babies in your community thrive by giving Huggies diapers to those in need.

Giving back to the community is so important to me, and I love that Huggies and Meijer made  it so easy for shoppers to give back by donating to the National Diaper Bank! Donate today.
