Loaded Veggie Fries

Today we made loaded veggie fries for a quick dinner - and they turned out so good! There’s no wrong way to make loaded fries, but I’m sharing my favorite veggie recipe below! Enjoy!

LOADED VEGGIE FRIES

What you’ll need…

  • Your favorite fries, frozen or homemade and seasoned with paprika and sea salt

  • sliced roasted red peppers

  • sliced jalapeño peppers

  • cheddar cheese, coarsely grated

  • avocado, stoned and sliced

  • tomato, roughly chopped

  • red onion, finely chopped

  • sour cream

  • lime wedges, to serve

Instructions:

  1. Make fries according to recipe. Prepare other ingredients and assemble! Enjoy!
