Weekly Meal Prep

Back at it! We had the best time away this weekend and now that we are back home, it’s back to meal prepping foods that best fuel my body. For me, 2022 has been about healing the relationship I have with food and finding a good balance, and I plan to share more about this in the new year as I continue with mindful eating. Everything I’m meal prepped this week listed below!

  1. Feta, chick pea, cucumber, and tomato salad

  2. Roasted brussels sprouts

  3. Roasted sweet potatoes

  4. Cucumber slices

  5. Roasted chick peas

  6. Carrot sticks

  7. Cooked quinoa

  8. Chopped kale

  9. Homemade honey dijon dressing
