5 Things to Pack in your Gym Bag

adidas is my favorite fitness apparel brand! Whether I am running errands, working out at the gym, or on the trail, you can spot me in adidas! I love the style, functionality, durability, and longevity of their products. I always feel more motivated in my adidas apparel and it allows me to not only work out harder, but also power through my day.  My favorite way to stay active is by running in the evening, especially now that the weather is getting warmer. This work out routine has been such a stress reliever for me! I’m always getting questions about what I pack in my bag before hitting the gym (or trail!), so keep reading for 5 things that I always pack in my bag!

As a busy mom, I need to stay as organized as I can. When it comes to working out, I like to have a separate bag for everything I need. It keeps me organized and it’s perfect to grab while I’m heading out the door for a sunset run.  If I have extra time during the day, I just grab my gym bag from the car and hit the gym close to my house, it’s so convenient! I have been loving this STUDIO 3 DUFFEL BAG. from adidas. It has enough space to pack everything I need for my work out. It even has an exterior compartment to keep wet or muddy clothes for when I forgot to check the forecast for rain!


Do you drink enough water throughout the day? I have really been working on drinking more water to stay hydrated! Fun fact: Did you know the amount of water you are supposed to drink a day is half of your body weight in ounces? To keep myself hydrated, I always keep an extra water bottle in my bag for my work out.

I finally picked up a pair of adidas slides and I should have gotten them a long time ago. Especially rose gold ones!. After a sweaty summer run, I like to hop out of my POD-S3.1 SHOES (which are my favorite and currently on sale!) and slip on my slides. adidas slides are convenient, comfortable, and seem to last literally forever. 


Since I’m always wearing active apparel, changing at the gym means changing out of sweaty adidas apparel into clean adidas apparel. I recently bought these ID M10 ATHLETICS SHORTS and I love the color for summer! Also, this matching FLORAL ESSENTIALS TEE is on my weekly gym outfit rotation. I also always have a sweatshirt in my gym bag just in case. I usually slip it on while I’m warming up to a jog, or even practicing yoga stretches. It’s also nice to slip on over my sports bra after working out and I need to run a few errands before heading home. 


I don’t know about you, but I just can’t workout without music. I ALWAYS make sure to keep an extra pair of earbuds in my gym bag. Listening to music while I workout keeps me focused and motivated!
