  1. Begin by adding chopped apples, bananas, and dates a high speed blender with oats, chia seeds, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and milk. Add ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smoothie is totally smooth. Add more milk, ¼ cup at a time, if needed.
  3. Pour into two tall chilled glasses, and enjoy!

Notes

I love making this smoothie recipe with frozen apple and bananas instead of ice, if you have time, try it that way!


You can swap the maple syrup for another sweetener like honey, or nothing at all!
