Ingredients

For the orange glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the inside of a Bundt pan with cooking spray or olive oil, and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar with the zest of 3 oranges until fragrant.* Once combined, add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl. Whisk to combine before adding in olive oil, orange juice, and whole milk**.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine your dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Fold in your dry ingredients to the bowl with your wet ingredients. Pour the cake batter into the prepared bundt pan and cook for 40-45 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean. Allow cake to cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan.
  5. To make the glaze, simply add powdered sugar and orange juice to a bowl, mixing until reached desired consistency.
  6. Once cake has cooled, pour glaze over the cake and then dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

*I like to use my hands so I can extract all of the oil from the orange zest.

** You can also substitute whole milk with plain greek yogurt.
