These peppermint cocoa protein bites are so festive for the holidays! Made with nourishing ingredients like nut butter, protein powder, dates, and oats to keep you powered through the season!

  1. In a food processor or blender, add pitted dates, oats, almond butter, cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup, milk, peppermint extract, and salt. Blend until desired consistency.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed candy canes, and then place in the fridge to chill, about 10 minutes.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, and top with more crushed candy canes. Enjoy!
