Ingredients

For the chili lime sauce

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to the highest temperature. Ours will reach up to 700 degrees on the max setting. Place a pizza stone on the bottom rack to preheat with the oven.
  2. Prepare the pizza dough by spreading the dough on a floured surface, until it becomes a 14 inch round.
  3. In a small bowl, make the chili lime sauce by combining sour cream, mayonnaise, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread half of the chili lime sauce onto the pizza dough, saving the rest for later. Top the sauce with corn, jalapeños, red onion, garlic, cilantro, and mozzarella cheese. Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone.
  5. Bake pizza until crust has browned and cheese is bubbly. If using an outdoor woodfire oven, it will just take a couple of minutes. If using a conventional oven, it will take 7-10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and cut into 6-8 slices, drizzle the remaining chili lime sauce onto the pizza and serve.
