Maternity Belt - I started having a lot of pelvic pain around 34 weeks of pregnancy and found that using a maternity belt really helped when I was walking! I wore it to the zoo and taking Aimery trick or treating this year, and it really helped eliminate the soreness from walking. My midwife recommended this one!

Raspberry Leaf Tea - There have been lots of studies that show raspberry leaf tea has many pregnancy benefits! It’s been shown to decrease labor time and strengthen the uterus and pelvic area. This is the one I drink!

Maternity Jeans - These have been my favorite jeans during my pregnancy!

Ultraboost Sneakers - Long gone are the days where I wear heels everywhere I go! I invested in a good pair of sneakers and wear them while running errands.

Maternity pillow - The best investment I made during my pregnancy was this pillow. I had my doubts and went back and forth on ordering it, wondering if it was really worth all of the hype. It wasn’t until I started having several nights of bad sleep that I figured it would be worth it to at least try. I’m so glad I did - I have never slept so great in my life! Pregnancy pillows are great for offering support to back, hips, legs, belly, while encouraging you to sleep on your side.

Tums - I have had heartburn almost everyday the last couple of months, and tums is the only thing that offers relief! Make sure to have these on hand when approaching your third trimester!

Stretch Cream - It’s so important to use a stretch mark cream during pregnancy, especially during your third trimester as your body is changing to make room for baby! I started developing stretch marks the last few weeks and have been using this one.

Ball - This ball just got added to my amazon cart! Using a birthing ball is great for preparing for labor because not only is it a great way to exercise, but it also opens your pelvis for labor.

RX bars - I have been snacking on these bars the last few months, they are a great healthier option for when I get hungry between meals!

Maternity bras - I recently found these maternity bras for sleeping and they are so soft! I prefer the crossover bras instead of the clasps because they are more comfortable and easier to pump with.
