- Begin by adding gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake for 15-30 seconds.
- Add ice into the cocktail shaker and shake well for 15-30 seconds.
- To create the spider web rim, place both marshmallows in a small, microwave safe bowl. Heat the marshmallows for 10-15 seconds, or until puffed. Let cool slightly and then using your fingers or a toothpick, pick up some of the marshmallow and stretch from one side of the glass to the other, forming a web. Repeat until the webbing is to your liking.
- Pour cocktail over webbed glass. Enjoy!
