Feel Good Foods for Fall

A new season is the perfect time to start new and healthier routines! Now that Aimery is going back to school, I have more time during the day to invest in myself! Over the last few years, it truly has been a balancing act trying to watch Aimery, run my business, and somehow make the time to go to the gym and eat healthy meals. I’ve been wanting to start better eating habits for so long now, but it has been hard to always have recipes ready for every meal. I love meals that are easy to cook while we are running from preschool pickup to soccer practice! I found these four meal ideas that are great for on the go, keep reading for my favorites!

Evol Fire Grilled Steak Bowls

I’ve been obsessed with bowls lately & they’re perfect for clean eating! The ones from Evol are some of my favorites since they contain nothing artificial and always demonstrate a commitment to quality. The Evol Fire Grilled Steak Bowl is amazing: fire grilled steak raised without antibiotics is combined with black beans, white rice, red and green bell peppers, roasted corn and cheddar cheese mixed with an insanely tasty cilantro lime pesto sauce! With great taste & texture, truly real food that tastes delicious! Did I mention it’s also gluten free? With 18g of protein and 7g of fiber in each bowl, this dish is more than just delicious, it’s just what you need!

Gardein Nashville Hot Chick’n Tenders

These Nashville Hot Chick’n Tenders are meatless & made of juicy plant-based chick’n, breaded with a kick of spice! How cool is it that they’re powered by plants, with proprietary Pea + Wheat protein? Gardein has a wide variety of options, bringing a whole new wave of inspiration to the kitchen! Always certified vegan, non-GMO, dairy free, and kosher.

Healthy Choice Grain Free Power Bowls Spicy Beef Teriyaki

My go-to lately is the Beef Teriyaki: raised all-natural beef with vegetables, served on top of riced cauliflower in a sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce. What I love about Healthy Choice Grain Free Power Bowls is that they’re a reliable source of fiber and protein, providing 18 - 20 grams of protein and 5 -7 grams of fiber per bowl. Not to mention, each variety is grain free, gluten free, fits a low carb lifestyle, and provides a nutrient-dense combination of leafy greens, colorful vegetables, lean proteins and riced cauliflower.

Udi’s Sweet Potato Crust Chicken BBQ Pizza

Pizza is my weakness! Not only does Udi's BBQ Flavored Chicken Pizza tastes great but is made from sweet potatoes and topped with delicious mozzarella, smoked gouda cheese, sweet BBQ sauce, and white meat chicken! It’s dedicated gluten free and grain free, which is great for our family! Go on, dig in!

I’m so excited to transition into the fall and get back on track with my goals! These feel good foods make it quick and easy to eat great meals, even with a busy schedule. If you guys try any of these, tag me and let me know what you think!
