If you've been keeping up with me over the last few months, then you know that I've really been trying to focus on my health and fitness lately. Like I wrote about in this post, one way I'm working on staying fit as a single mom is going to the gym daily and starting the Personal Trainer Food weight loss meal plan.

Personal Trainer Food is a meal plan subscription service that takes the stress out of meal planning. You simply order the best meal plan for your lifestyle online and then receive the meals delivered right to your door. I decided to go with the one time, 28-day You Choose meal plan. For less then $12 a day, I was able to choose three meals that included 140 options. For breakfast I enjoyed the frittata omelette with bacon, for lunch I loved the gluten free breaded chicken with green beans, and for dinner my favorite was the spicy breaded chicken breast and oriental stir fry! With over 800 meal combinations, there is something that everyone will love!

I absolutely LOVE how easy the Personal Trainer Food meal plan is. The food is delivered right to my door and all I have to do is put the pre-packaged food into my freezer. When it's time to eat, the easy instructions on the packaging let me know how long to pop them in the microwave. As a mom, how great does it sound to have someone else to do the planning, shopping, and delivering of your meals without having to worry about normal clean up that comes from cooking meals?! Plus, I'm able to focus on my health at the same time. It's as amazing as it sounds.

I'm partnering with Personal Trainer Food to give you $200 off any 28-day meal plan. Just use code SUMMER200 at checkout! Scroll down for more photos.
